We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, enable your access to utilize this website's services, supply you services that you purchase, send you statements and invoices, collect payment from you, and/or publish limited information about you on the website including names, affiliations/employers, and links to work submitted by scholarship/fellowship award applicants/winners and/or by news reporting contest entrants/winners. Work submitted for scholarship/fellowship applications and/or news reporting content entries may be used by RTDNA for marketing purposes. RTDNA may utilize elements of any awards submission for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: web links to entries, archived still images, audio and/or video stored and displayed on its own website(s), and live streamed or recorded online broadcasts of awards ceremonies in which clips of winning entries are presented.
Participation in membership, scholarship/fellowship programs and awards programs are completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact and demographic information.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to process credit card transactions, without your permission. When we disclose such information to third parties for these purposes, the third party will use your information in accordance with this policy.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future with important updates about your membership, scholarship or award application, marketing communication or other news. You may choose to unsubscribe from communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of such emails.
