--Submit coverage of a single, unscheduled news event.
--Entry may be edited (all commercial breaks removed.)
--Voice-overs or narratives are permitted only if they were part of the original piece.
--Entry must not exceed 20 minutes.
--A written presentation is not required.
--Must have appeared in 2009.
