RTDNA Board of Director Elections

In April 2024, the RTDNA Board of Directors passed proposed bylaws changes that put a Governance Modernization plan into action, changing the governance structure of the organization. As a result, certain board positions are rolling off the board at the completion of the current terms both in 2024 and 2025. In the future, board members will be presented as a slate after a year-long recruitment and interview process by the Leadership and Development Committee. However, because of the timing of changes to the bylaws, the LDC will not have had a full year to conduct its process. As such, elections will be conducted by a member vote beginning 30 days prior to the RTDNA24: Milwaukee conference.
